ABOUT THE PROJECT
The president of the board was referred to Vivian for help in business organization. The board was given a list of potential projects, such as marketing, business development, organizational development, and executive coaching.
RESULTS & TRANSFORMATION
What started as a six-week contract became a three-year relationship and a long friendship. Vivian worked on many projects including tactical plans, yearly marketing plans, preparing for live television, speech writing, and many more areas to increase the confidence and likelihood of success for the organization. The board at Echoing Hope Ranch gained confidence in creating programs, such as a capital project for earned income, and garnering diverse areas of funding.
