BENEVOLENT HEALTH / MENTAL HEALTH COLLABORATIVE

Vivian Highton partnered with Benevolent Health to provide business insights to mental health outcomes in the UK. The topic of vulnerability was presented to leaders in a governmental agency. Benevolent Health is a consulting, coaching and mentoring organization in the mental health sphere. The CEO works to help leaders build flourishing teams in the hybrid workplace. Vivian Highton partnered with Benevolent Health to provide the business aspect of how to identify strengths, integrate those strengths into business and create trust.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The challenge was to help work in culture to acknowledge vulnerabilities. For the client, Vivian Highton helped translate mental health outcomes into business outcomes. In today’s business climate, employee mental health continues to be an important piece to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction.

Vivian worked closely with the CEO on the flow and talking points to create an integrated online session. Each organization took a piece of the training for Benevolent Health’s client. The project took three months to complete.

RESULTS & TRANSFORMATION

The client was struggling with cohesiveness of employee groups and employee motivation. The purpose of the training was to provide an inclusive format for leaders to engage staff and create motivation through identifying strengths. Through identifying strengths through questions, to using tools already in play, employees learned to lead at their best.
